Automotive Spindles Wheel

The thermostat

The thermostat is a mechanical part of the cooling system, whose function is to close the inlet passage to the radiator coolant, while the engine is cold after the start, for it to arrive as soon as the desired operating temperature, and open's to let the fluid pass through the radiator after the engine has reached optimum operating temperature.

The thermostat consists of a ferrite core, which expands at higher temperature, acting through its construction, the air-cooled engines blindly guides the circuit of air or liquid cooled engines, a valve, where the liquid Cooling, triggered by a pump, may move the engine block to the radiator, thus maintaining a temperature of ca. 83-92 ° C, optimum temperature of the engine. This setting of a thermostat, differ from the engines type to another.

Planetary axis

Transmit power from the planetary spindle motor to rotate the shaft, which propels the car. Cars may have front traction, rear or full. The front wheel drive cars, its united with the planetary transmission axis forming a single piece. In cars with rear-wheel drive transmission its connected by a planetary spindle shaft and the wheel-drive. The cars power is divided by a transfer box to the 4 wheels.
Brakes
Current hydraulic brakes power used to transmit pressure on the driver's pedal to brake plates. The pedal is connected to a cylinder to pump hydraulic fluid through hoses and rubber to steel wheels. Latest models have a second spare cylinder. Thus if a line is damaged, other operation. Brake calipers contain plates which press the brake disc. The friction slows the car.

Suspensions and direction
Suspensions and direction work together not only to allow the driver to choose the direction, but to provide comfort and driving over bumpy parts. Suspensions consists in the spring that is mounted between the wheels and bodywork. On impact with the pit wheel arch to compress and soften the blow. All power steering systems use hydraulic fluid to allow easy handling of the steering wheel.

Aligning wheels

1. Go with the car on a straight road. Take the wheel straight and fixed, and if the car pulls to the right or the left, then the wheels are not aligned.
2. If you need to keep the wheel bent to go in a straight line, then you should really go to a car mechanic.
3. Look at the wheels. If they are not worn out uniformly, surely the wheels are not aligned. Its good to change and rubber.
4. When you take curves, take a look if the wheel is in position to stretch.
5. If the steering wheels shaking when you drive in straight line speed, then surely wheels are not balanced or aligned.
